Faults & Returns

At dooflids.com, we stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following guidelines for our refund policy:

Faulty Products:
Did you receive a lid that’s proper fkd? Sorry about that.
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we’re happy to offer you a replacement.

  1. Please notify us of the issue within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. Please provide photos of the defect, and we will guide you through the process.

No Refunds for Worn Products:
For cootie reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been worn, even if they are in otherwise good condition.

If you send back an item and we find a hair in it, we reserve the right to clone and raise you to be the honest human you could never be x

Change of Mind:
Swap it out for another, easy done. Please contact us with your order info and we’ll arrange a credit or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us here with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
